Bedroom 2 and 3 share a balcony which overlooks the swimming pool.                                           

All four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units.

Spacious open plan living area - the lounge area has leather sofas, and is equipped with satellite TV, and CD/DVD player. Dining area with table and chairs to seats six plus additional seating at the breakfast bar.  Patio doors lead to the outside areas.

The modern kitchen has marble work surfaces and is well equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and fridge/freezer.

There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

Well maintained garden area and flower beds surround the large 8m x 4m swimming pool, complete with sun beds, patio furniture and poolside shower. There is a gas barbecue for your convenience.  Off road parking for two vehicles.  Car advised but not essential.

Location

The villa is located in the Profitis Elias area of Protaras and a 5 minute drive will take you to the sandy beaches of Protaras including the spectacular Fig Tree Bay.  The beautiful Konnos Bay is just a 10 minute drive.  Ayia Napa with it’s harbour area, shops and lively nightlife as well as Waterworld are only 15 minutes away.  The traditional Cypriot town of Paralimni is 15 minutes drive and has 3 large supermarkets as well as many other shops, cafes, and tavernas.
