Villa Caleri is a 3 bedroom villa, sleeping 6-8 people. It is located in a peaceful area between Protaras and Pernera, 800 metres from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. It has been built to superb quality, is fully furnished, air conditioned (for cooling and heating), has own private swimming pool with outside shower, barbecue and terraced area. This villa is beautifully designed over two floors, all three bedrooms have air conditioning, balconies, fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom has an en-suite facility. There is also a separate family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. The luxury kitchen is fitted with all modern conveniences and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, saucepans, cooking utensils & picnic equipment, cold boxes, etc for the beach. The large living area has two large sofas (double as comfortable beds). The dining area has a large table with seating for 6 & breakfast bar with seating for additional 2 people, patio doors lead out to the pool area.

THE LOCATION - The villa is situated in a quiet location but is within a few minutes walk to the town centre and beaches. Pernera is just short walk from the villa, here you will find plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants or you can visit one of three beaches all with safe bathing and water sports. Protaras is within easy walking distance from the villa, it is a seaside resort with some of Cyprus most beautiful beaches including Fig Tree Bay and it is a good choice for families and couples with lots of entertainment and a good selection of restaurants, bars and tavernas. Ayia Napa is 10 minutes drive away and is always full of life with plenty to see and do.
