Our client is an established retailer in Italian fitted Kitchens, wardrobes and furniture with operations across Cyprus. On their behalf we are seeking to recruit an experienced professional for the position of Retail Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering. At least 5 years previous experience in sales management is required.
Duties:
Responsible for creating, organizing, directing and growing the group’s retail sales strategy & tactics.
Analyze and plan the retail sales product range.
Analyze & prepare competition analysis
Plan & organize retail sales teams to meet the monthly and yearly set objectives through plan of actions.
Coach, train, support, counsel and motivate sales force to assist them to meet their sales objectives.
Monitor each salesperson’s daily and monthly performance and assist them maximize their sales efforts.
Review and analyze existing stock inventory and plan its allocation through promotion and sales activities.
Responsible for the day –to –day operations of the retail sales business.
Plan each retail outlet’s product range and display set up according to season and market trends.
Increase retail market share and maximizing new business development in B2B opportunities.
Qualifications
University Degree in a business field, marketing or engineering
An undergraduate degree will be regarded as an advantage
A proven experience in our business line will be considered as an advantage
Excellent sales & negotiation skills
Proven sales management experience (at least 5 years)
Good record of achieving targets
Strong communication and ‘people skills’
Excellent knowledge of Greek & English languages
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent computer literacy
Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team
Initiative, drive & enthusiasm
Self manage multiple projects and deadlines
