Ideal live-aboard, 52'' steel hulled Motor Yacht, 1964 (Classic, an impeccable pedigree - Van Lent) requires some cosmetic TLC and deck work, but ready to use/occupy as is.
British SSR, VAT exempt due to age.
Berthed in Latchi Marina, with shore power, and permanent mooring (VERY hard to obtain now), berth alone has an intrinsic value of circa 20,000 euro.
Two separate cabins, Master cabin has a queen-size bed, and en-suite bathroom (including small bath!), Forward cabin has twin v-berths and en-suite shower wc. Gas hot water system.
Further sleeping arrangements in saloon (Queen size berth), and galley (double berth).
Galley has seating for up to six, and a full size sink and gas cooker. Full head-room throughout the boat.
Massive aft deck, with ample room for dining, entertaining etc. Has a superstructure and awning, easily dismantled if buyer wishes. Awning purchased new, August 2009, total cost 400 Euro.
